Absolutely amazing company. Had the pleasure of meeting Josh awhile ago and he has always been extremely professional. He has done work at my home multiple times and educated me on what the issues were and how he fixed them. Josh even came to the rescue twice for me… once when I was out of town and got there same day in the Arizona summer to save my roommate and my dogs from the scorching heat. The second time he showed up in an emergency later in the evening and fixed the ac units ensuring we could sleep comfortably in the house instead of getting a hotel. Highly recommend!!! I highly recommend Arizona Cooling and Heating, I had several estimates and encountered several obstacles with all other companies. I contacted Arizona Cooling on a Wednesday, they were there Thursday and Friday, By Friday we had our new 5 ton unit up and running. They were responsive and provided Great Customer Service, Josh is amazing.

I was lucky enough to meet Josh when he came out to one of our properties through a home warranty claim. I was impressed with his attention to detail and knowledge of the systems,. I have since used him for multiple installs of new Trane systems, the communication and follow through is second to none. The whole crew always is respectful of the properties and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone is satisfied. As a realtor I am constantly asked for recommendations for trades people for peoples homes and I am 100 percent comfortable always sending them to Josh.
