I called this business at 7:30am on a Friday morning and had an appointment from 4-6pm that same day. The woman who answered the phone was kind and courteous. I received a call at 2:45pm from the service men stating they would be able to come early. I was greeted by a Mr. Rene and Mr Sam... who were also kind and greeted me with a smile. They came into the backyard and were fast, efficient and willing to answer all of my many questions! (and they did not seemed annoyed_ LOL) They were here for about an hour and got everything working and running properly. We also got a service contract for the next year to help us with our maintenance. I also love that they are local and service the East Valley primarily. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
