Arizona Pristine Roofing is the real deal! After calling multiple roofing companies to come out and do some repair work on my roof from recent wind storms, I was turned down because the job was too small. Not Arizona Pristine Roofing! They were willing to help out! They do have a minimum service fee which is to be understood, but I'll take that over arrogant companies who think they are better than and too good for the customer. I had made the call yesterday, and they had someone at my house today! When their repair person showed up, they were courteous, polite, and eager to get my roof repaired. You know, I had a neighbor ask me why did I not just do the job myself. Well, frankly because I have zero expertise in that line of work. I wanted the job to be done correctly. Not only was it done correctly and in a timely manner, but the repair person showed me why the failure occurred. The nails the builder had used were too short. I called AZ Pristine Roofing out due to a leaky roof. Due to hail/wind damage we filed a claim with our insurance company and our roof was replaced. We have never gone through a process like this and Chris was super patient and friendly answering all of our questions. The crew got our roof knocked out in one day! They did a great job.
