Aristotle Air Conditioning & Heating

A/C went out during the hottest times but Aristotle was out the next day. The repair took less than 45 minutes at a very reasonable price. It couldn't have been better.

I have been pretty happy with Aristotle and have in fact installed 4 AC units at my own property and my rental. I had a breakdown in my rental unit. It was exactly 2 years old and the compressor blew out. The folks lets me that the compressor is under warranty by I would have to pay 2K for part and labor. I was told that the compressor went because the air filter was not replaced it time. That felt excessive that a compressor would blow off just because someone (tenant) didn't change the filter. The whole reason I decided to change the unit (It was Bryant unit) was to have a longer life on it and not worry about such breakdowns in the middle of summer. In the end I had to pay close to 2K that included their first visit for changing the capacitor and a diagnosis fee on top of that. It felt like I was double charges for the same issue and counted as two separate visits for the same issue.

I need to take a minute and praise a company like Aristotle Air. As we know, this summer has been brutal. Our air stopped working last night. Having a little knowledge of how these systems work, I had a fairly good idea of what the issue might be. I contacted multiple “reputable” companies, and none were responsive or reasonable. I called Aristotle (Victor), and he listened to what I had to say. He immediately gave me a time frame on when he would be over, and he quickly resolved the issue. My family and I were happy we did not have to get a hotel. The price was very reasonable considering the time of day. The service was terrific and professional. I highly recommend Aristotle Air
