Sam is super friendly, responsive and helpful. He also talked about how to modify the outer construction to make AC more efficient. Totally made my day having him come over.
Martin (Leo) was simply amazing. He diagnosed the problem real quick and fixed our AC motor within hours in scorching heat. Great work and great service!
Ac went out yesterday on a 117 degree day! Got home at 6:00 pm it was 98 degrees in the house! Called and spoke to Leo. He was so nice and professional. He was at our house within an hour. He stood until it was blowing cool again. It's an old unit. He had the parts to get it up and running again. I will need a new unit soon, and I will be using this business to do so. He did not try to push us to buy a new unit but is giving us an estimate, and I am sure it will be reasonable. I wish all businesses had guys like Leo working there!
