We had our water softener go out within two years of having the “builder grade” one installed. Called Talbots and will not call anybody else!! They handled everything for us from start to finish! We had Cameron install this new water softener and R/O system. Cameron who did the install was knowledgeable and very friendly, he gave us good direction after asking many questions about the house and how many people lived in it. Basically he built the new system around what we needed all in one day. It was very cool to see him and put it all together! After that we have had Alex coming to check in adjust the equipment and fill up salt accordingly. He’s always professional, funny and has a big smile whenever he shows up! We talk about everything from trucks to trips meanwhile he stays on task and makes sure that we are good to go. I have worked with a handful of contractors and no one compares to the service I received from Trevor. Came on time, texted when he was minutes away, explained everything he was doing, and the customer service was top notch! Talbot plumbing has a new loyal customer. Trevor was such a pleasure to work with - he is knowledgable, showed up when he said he would and went above and beyond our expectations. We had them come out for a few minor fixes for our gas plumbing but then found out our water softener was bad as well (apparently low water pressure when you have more than one faucet turned on at a time will indicate this) and should have been discovered in our inspection when we bought the house 4 months ago. Trevor was able to remove our old one and come back less than a week later to install a new one that is far superior to our previous one. We also had him install a new RO system that puts the good minerals back into the water - I am so grateful that Trevor was so knowledgeable and helped recommend these new appliances for us. We will only be calling Talbot for any of our plumbing needs in the future!
