I am so pleased I called Legion Roofing this week. Both Liz in the office and Logan who inspected my roof were professional and cordial. Logan arrived at the expected time and quickly walked over my two-story roof. He found two cracked tiles which he replaced at no charge. Now I have the comfort of knowing the roof is solid. After a few of the recent wind storms, we had 3 concrete roof tiles come loose at our house. I contacted multiple roofing companies that led to either, "we can't get to you for 6 months" , "It's a minimum $500 dollar service charge, etc. After contacting Legion Roofing they said they could be over within a few days. The next day Logan contacted me and said he could come over now to take a look. After getting up on the roof and spending some time, he came down and said everything was fixed, he performed an inspection on the rest of the roof, and even took pictures for us - all at no charge. Roof replacement - things worth noting - Kept a tight schedule: Solar off Saturday, worked Mon-Fri, solar back on Saturday, exactly as predicted. - Accommodating / extra mile: Rotten fascia board attached to metal awning needed to be replaced, so they identified this early and bought the equipment needed to detach and safely store the awning while replacing the fascia. This avoided the trouble and delay of someone specialized to come out for a small job. - Colin the sales rep is extremely personable and checked in frequently to ensure I was taken care of. He personally replaced an an old sky light cover and did some patching / clean up after the job. He also accurately predicted in the estimate the final cost - no adjustments to payments were necessary. - The roof is beautiful! Service: Roof installation
