When our water heater started leaking badly and needed to be replaced, our home warranty sent the repair request to San Tan Valley Emergency Plumbing. Marisa called right away to schedule the new water heater installation and Brian came out to do the installation. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Brian arrived on time for the appointment and had the water heater replaced very quickly. Brian explained everything he was going to do, explained thoroughly what was covered by the home warranty and what was not, and educated us on the new water heater. Appt assigned by a home warranty company. Proof they were not honest in interaction with me and with warranty company in asking to reassign this job. If this happens to you contact warranty company and file complaint to remove from lead list for referral business. No one likes to work with dishonest contractors. If they asked to reassign it for tell the truth. Rediculous. I have proof and corporate has been alert for review of their contract.
