I try to support local small businesses whenever I can. Called and made an appointment. He said he would call me 30 mins prior to let me know he was on his way. Asked he call an hour ahead as I work all over the state to make sure I could be home by the appointment time. Drove to and returned from Tucson early that day to ensure I'd be home. Appointment time came and went, no phone call, no text, no show. Apparently keeping scheduled appointments are not a priority........ Will find someone else.
Alex was great! Courteous, professional and got down to the issue right away when the past plumbers we had out couldn’t figure the issue. Alexander Plumbing is definitely who you want out at your home.
When our hot water heater went out, our guy from ALEXANDERS plumbing saved the day! Our guy even stopped at Home Depot to pick up the unit for me! Like who does that?! I would highly recommend him to anyone and if I ever have any plumbing needs I’ve know a guy! Shannon R - Florence AZ
