I've used Alexander since 2007 when I moved to Arizona and he has been nothing but reliable. From a broken hot water heater on New Years Eve to a malfunctioning toilet, he has been quick to respond to any plumbing issues I've had. He and his team are honest and professional, and his prices are always very reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough! I try to support local small businesses whenever I can. Called and made an appointment. He said he would call me 30 mins prior to let me know he was on his way. Asked he call an hour ahead as I work all over the state to make sure I could be home by the appointment time. Drove to and returned from Tucson early that day to ensure I'd be home. Appointment time came and went, no phone call, no text, no show. Apparently keeping scheduled appointments are not a priority........ Will find someone else.
Alex was amazing, knowledgeable and came out to my house extremely fast on a Sunday. I highly recommend him and his business for any plumbing needs you may have. Thank you again sir, you are appreciated Service: Water heater installation
