The other night our AC went out. Being a member of Parker & Sons family plan I called them. They say that they will be to you in minutes not days. They told me that they might be able to get someone out late the next day. I cancelled my membership. I started looking online and found Mike's company who's website says open 24 hours. I called at 1100pm and Mike answered. He said they were busy but he would have someone out between 7-11am. They arrived at 630am. I was at work and my wife called me to let me know how much the quote was and why. I am not a very trusting person so I looked up what they said and realized that these large companies who offer maintenance plans do not do anything when they come out. They are looking to find something and hoping for the larger repairs. They got our unit going and were scheduled to come back when our unit went out again. I’ve had two different HVAC companies out this week for different issues and this company by far was way better than the 1st one! Daniel found the problem right away and was able to fix it very quickly! The price was reasonable and 3 times less than what I paid with the other company. Highly recommend!
