After years of using a home warranty and the companies they provide, my new warranty company sent them out. I ultimately bypassed the warranty company and have used them directly to handle our issues, they promptly provide excellent communication and follow through. Replacing one of our units within a couple days. It was amazing, since then they have even helped with our second unit and I am finally feeling like it is not 110degrees in the house.
