Grant and Brenton (sorry if that’s not spelt right) did an amazing job on a leaking pipe. They explained to me very well about the cause of the problem, explained the process of the repair, completely fixed the problem, and cleaned up well! They were both very professional and knowledgeable. As a bonus, I was home alone (I am a female), and I felt completely comfortable with them in my apartment doing the repairs. Once again, thank you to you both!

What a waste of money and waste of time. I explained the problem about a minor leak I noticed in my home. Pretty basic job in my opinion but figured I’d pay for a professional to fix it. They sent a technician who charged me a $180 fee just to come out but they refused to look at the problem until a leak detection service had been completed. Although I recommend they just look at it they still refused and just drive away with my nonrefundable $180. I called my Dad and he fixed it in less than an hour with one trip to Home Depot.

We had an unfortunate incident where one of our children pulled on the water hose and cracked the copper pipe nearly flush against the wall. This meant I had to shut off water to the entire house. Not the best when you've got 4 children who absolutely need to bathe every day. Not to mention our COVID-inspired hand washing routine. I gave Apple Plumbing a call and spoke with Haley, who was very kind and completely understanding of the urgency we faced. With the water off, I was hoping they could send someone out by the next day. Instead, someone was at my house within the hour to assess the damage. Once they determined what was needed, my pipe was repaired in record time. From the time I called to when the job was finished was probably barely 2 hours total. So thankful for their prompt response and consideration of our emergency. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality at reasonable rates. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
