I needed a new angle stop valve to replace a corroded one, and my tankless water heater plumbing fixed to a properly sized gas line, flush valves installed, and new condensate drain line with neutralizer installed. I was able to schedule an appointment within a reasonable time frame, and Cesar was amazing. He understood exactly what I was asking for and was knowledgeable about what was needed to bring the plumbing up to code and proper working order. Cesar was professional, friendly, and thorough. When done, the work area was tidy, and the new pipes/lines look great. Cesar was also able to answer a few questions I had about future plumbing/gas projects I have in mind. Highly recommended. We had an unfortunate incident where one of our children pulled on the water hose and cracked the copper pipe nearly flush against the wall. This meant I had to shut off water to the entire house. Not the best when you've got 4 children who absolutely need to bathe every day. Not to mention our COVID-inspired hand washing routine. I gave Apple Plumbing a call and spoke with Haley, who was very kind and completely understanding of the urgency we faced. With the water off, I was hoping they could send someone out by the next day. Instead, someone was at my house within the hour to assess the damage. Once they determined what was needed, my pipe was repaired in record time. From the time I called to when the job was finished was probably barely 2 hours total.
