This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a roofer. Todd was kind and really took the time to help me understand what he was going to do. His prices were way better than the other bids I received and His crew was so fast. They really did do an amazing job. I’m so happy how everything turned out. We’re talking from beginning to finish 3 days :) I mean it really doesn’t get any better than that. I highly recommend these guys! Service: Roof installation
I would highly recommend Exact Roofing and definitely use them again! Todd Michaelis, the owner, is very professional, knowlegeable, punctual and reliable. He has been in the business a very long time and very competitive with his products and prices. I met with numerous roofing company representatives and he is the one I was most impressed with. He took his time going over all the various products and options for repairing my 20yr old roof. His crew worked hard to get the job done in 4 days (4,000 sq ft single-level home) and cleaned up after themselves every day when finished. He also is very competitive with his warranty. From the moment Todd Michaelis arrived for the estimate, he clearly explained the condition of the roof, the options that were available and the timeframe for completion of the job. I had other estimates, some higher and some lower, however, Exact Roofing was referred to me with raving reviews, and after receiving the estimate, given samples to compare and the information/warranty of the workmanship and product, I decided to go with Exact Roofing. Exact Roofing exceeded my expectations, they were early, the crew was CLEAN and completed the job in less than a day. I found no debris around my house, I have never experienced such a cleaner crew of construction workers. I would highly recommend Exact Roofing and will be referring them.
