Michael was well uniformed, spoke well and described what he would do before he did it. After he had completed the job, he showed me the results and took pictures for posterity. Michael presented well, and therefore represented his company well. He parked in an appropriate place, kept his tools and belongings in a small and manageable area, and left no mess behind.
