Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I am so frustrated and angry because this is a company I grew up with. But calling them in to help with my grandmother's house I told them we had 1 working sink and it was continuously running pretty badly and both showers had issues and were unusable. I was told they could have someone out in 2 days, on a Wednesday. Then that Wednesday they called and said they couldn't come out because they were still working on the call earlier that day. So we had to reschedule for Friday. The 2 guys came out were there for maybe 10 minutes. They asked a lot of questions and took pictures then left. Here we are on Tuesday and we still haven't gotten our estimate, even after calling Monday morning. We don't have working shower or 3 of 4 sinks. And the 4th is still massively running. I have given up on this company and I'm going to look for someone else.
