Josh and Carl did a great job locating our sewer problems with the camera. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer our numerous questions.
Tucker Hill had a special going to flush my sewer line. After assessing, plumber Carl checked the water hardness & water pressure. He explained the basic functions of sewer clean-out, plumbing, hot water heater, & water softener. Now I’m better informed of potential future problems that happen to those systems. I choose not to replace water heater & softener or drain cleaning at this time. Overall, a very good experience because of the time spent educating me at no charge, so I’d say the “service” was excellent.
Larry has been here before. We appreciate the continuity. He was respectful and efficient. Tucker Hill had resolved all our problems in the past few years Larry's job was simple this time...check to make sure all is working and in good order.
