My AC stopped working at 2am and it was over 95 degrees in my house. I called several places and spoke to Precision and was told by the representative that they could see me between 5am and 7am. They never showed up. I called them and was informed there was a scheduling error and nobody could come out until tomorrow. I searched on Google and found these amazing people. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and understanding, she gave me an estimated time between 10am and 1pm on when a technician would be able to come take a look. The technician Armando was here before 10am. I am beyond impressed with the professionalism, care and honesty from each individual I was in contact with. I highly recommend Bell Air Conditioning. Called Bell for their "tune up special" and got an appointment for the next day. Jose showed up at the scheduled time and did a very thorough and comprehensive inspection. This company was willing to come out the same day I called during this heat wave; since wasn’t an emergency tech arrived on time per scheduled appointment later in week. Tech explained mechanics of unit to put my mind at ease and verified safety feature of attic handler. My neighbor highly recommended this company and I am glad he did????????
