1st Air Co sent Alex to solve a very difficult problem that we are experiencing with our A/C unit. They have been great!!!! The issue has been so difficult to diagnose because it happens intermittently. They have not charged me a penny for troubleshooting the problem. The are genuinely concerned and diligent to resolve the problem. I highly recommend 1st Air Co.
