Alltrade Handyman & Appliance

I used alltrade a few years ago to repair my washer. There was a part that needed to be ordered so I paid him ahead of time. I was able to find the part cheaper than what he found so I forwarded the information to him. He ordered the part and gave me back the difference. My washer works great so I haven't needed him since then, but I know who to call if I ever need a handyman.

When my washer broke down I needed to find someone to help. After jumping on the web I found Alltrade and sears... did a live chat with sears only for them to try to sell me a service agreement for almost the price of a new washer... I actually sort of hung up on them mid chat. Meanwhile I had sent a text to JT at Alltrade. He responded very quickly. I was somewhat out of his normal service area, in the boonies so to speak, but he was very willing to come to my aid. It was 6:00 on a Friday night. I told him we weren't desperate and if it had to wait til Monday that was fine. He replied that he'd be able to come around 8:00 that night. He did specify that if parts were needed he may not be able to get them until Monday. He called back, as he said he would, specified the exact time of his arrival and showed up at that time. He was very courteous and professional. He found and fixed our problem in about 15 minutes and helped us move the machine back to it's home, hook it up and made sure

I'm always impressed with JT's integrity, work ethic, professionalism and reasonable pricing. I've used other handyman services in the past, and JT is the best by far. None compared for service quality and pricing. For this call, my outdoor drip system sprung a leak. JT came out to fix it right away, even with his overbooked schedule. Before using Alltrade, I used a prior irrigation system rep who overcharged and didn't even completely fix the irrigation leak. JT fixed the problem right away and at a very affordable price.
