Communication lacking. The first day they didn't show up or even call. They've had to come back twice to re-di inferior work and product that you could literally lift off the flat roofs. Blamed it on the manufacturer. Still don't have the warranty we were promises THREE times now. We would never recommend them. Service: Roof installation
Ya know how those sales people knock on your door and ask you if you want your roof inspected....yeah yeah yeah...we've all had them. But something told me to allow( probably the FREE)inspection. I told him that our insurance company probably wouldn't pay. Hubby was very skeptical and reluctant. Long story short, they did approve the claim and Jerry, the owner, knew exactly what to do to make it all happen. We have a fully paid for new roof within 2-3 weeks after the inspection Jerry, his crew, Paulina ( office ) were all professional but caring. Don't wait for SKYE BUILDERS to contact you.
