Jaycox installed our HVAC system without a hitch. They showed up on the promised day and replaced two units within 8 hours. Prior to hiring them, we compared quotes between them and two other companies. They were upfront about the pricing and our needs. My initial phone call inquiring for more information and help was with Heather. Very kind and honest. They were able to come out the very next morning. Austin showed up, so friendly, professional and took his time to do the inspection. He explained everything to me. Everything checked out fine! I am impressed by this company and now have them on my speed dial. Nice to work with a company that is honest and shows up!!!
They have gone above and beyond to help my mother with an AC unit that failed. They concern for her wellbeing was quite evident. I'd highly recommend them.
