Calling the plumber was the last thing I anticipated doing this week. I requested a visit late last night for a visit today, and right on time as requested Richie showed up. My house is a conundrum of old additions and redneck engineering, so getting to the bottom of the problem was no easy feat. When he realized reinforcements were required, Richie immediately got the resources needed. He didn’t tell me there wasn’t a solution or put me off to another time. Anthony showed up and the two of them got right to work. They even helped me realize I had a squatter in the form of a 5 foot rattlesnake under my house that needed evicted!! They waited until Rattlesnake Solutions came and completed removal to finish their work. Great communication, knowledgeable, very friendly and respectful.
