I was lucky enough to have Josh work on my roof tiles that were loose. I also had him install a Ring doorbell. Everything went smoothly. He is fast, efficient, and pricing is very fair. I definitely will contact him with the multiple jobs I need done. I will refer him to friends and family also. Highly recommended.

Josh was great! We had a minor sealant job on the exterior of our home that we couldn’t do ourselves because it was around the second story window and we couldn’t reach it with our ladder. After calling many handymen, Josh was the quickest to respond and he fit us in immediately! The repair was done quickly and professionally, and looks great! We wanted ceiling fans and lights put on our back porch and honestly had no idea exactly what would be the best option, how to place them or what would look and work best. No problem. Josh came out, took a look at the space and gave us his opinion on what would work best for what we wanted. He quoted us an estimate of what he thought the time involved would amount to and the cost involved, and the work was scheduled. Spot ON! Everything. He is fantastic with communication, letting us know exactly when he would be at the house, how long things would take, when he had to leave to pick up supplies, when he'd be back. He knows what he is doing and the job he did has exceeded our expectations. We love it. We plan to do some more home improvement projects in the future and will be calling on Josh.
