I was scheduled for a 1p to 5p time and actually received a text at 1245 saying he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and took the time not only to discuss my options but to explain how the system works. Then went above and beyond to go and pick up the parts I needed so that he could fix it that day. Definitely, cares about doing the best job for his customers. I highly recommend.
