Zimmerman Electric

We got off to a rocky start but it all worked out beautifully. I called, they said someone would be out the next morning, a Friday. Chris came only to announce upon arrival that he couldn't do the work for us! He was full of useful information about the job (removing a dining area chandelier, installing a new pendant lamp about 12" away from the original chandelier spot, and removing a ceiling fan in our living room) and explained that he and his wife had a weekend away planned and he simply couldn't put in a full day. He said he'd gather the info so his boss could give us an estimate, they'd email it to us, and as soon as we approved it they'd do the work. Sure enough, we got the estimate over the weekend, a little higher than we'd hoped but we approved it, and at 9 a.m. Monday Chris was at our door and did a terrific job. Very responsive. Technician was very friendly and knows the business. Impressed by his skill set and results oriented in timely fashion. Also providing the root cause problem information as well as solution. I was very impressed and Hatsoff to the skilled technician.
