Healthy Structures Roofing And Construction

My Tempe house is 78 years old and the roof was built in many different eras, with numerous house extensions, so it was a piece meal disaster. Healthy Structures created a great plan to make the whole roof, main house and multiple extensions to be one solid roof that extended out into the backyard creating an amazing back yard porch. They totally exceeded all my expectations for quality and price. please check out the before and after pictures I'm posting. You seriously cannot find a better roofer and porch builder in town is my opinion. The company is run by someone with integrity and does his honest best to give you a very fair price while still delivering quality.

Our re-roofing project was done with excellent craftsmanship! The old asphalt shingles were removed, old wood areas patched, and new metal roof panels were installed. The edge & ridge trim, vents, and HVAC frame were all handled and finished for a great result! Service: Roof installation

I originally contacted Healthy Structures after having a bad experience with a fly-by-night roofer who bid low and then began doing a job that was worth even less. Bill Hipps, who runs Healthy Structures, by contrast, inspired trust, inviting me to check out his beautifully renovated house near ASU. I met his wife, who owns Yupha's Thai restaurant, which Bill had also renovated, so I knew he wouldn't disappear into the night. I ended up not only having Bill and his team re-roof the whole house with hipster-modern corrugated metal, but had Bill remake our falling down gazebo, cover all the flat roofed portions with a new pitched metal roof, add some other sun shades which he made of solid metal beams, remake a couple of old wooden doors that were sun damaged with metal coverings and nice corrugated metal awnings.
