Rooter Hero did a repair of the leak on my condo in Tempe. Before the work was performed, I was provided a verbal quote and told I would get a detailed billing with pictures of the work for insurance purposes. The leak was repaired acceptably but the finish work was not completed professionally and required multiple visits before it was finished. Since that time I have made multiple requests (10+) for the promised detailed billing and pictures. Each time I call I get promises but no action. My insurance company (Farmers) likewise has requested the information but they have failed to provide to them as well. Insurance now only will reimburse for part of the repair as a result. I will be filing a small claims suit to recover what I did not get reimbursed due to their unwillingness or inability to provide the promised information. I contacted Rooter Hero on Monday and they were able to come out Tuesday morning to fix my broken toilet handle. They didn’t give me an estimate over the phone but they provide a free estimate in person so I was okay with them coming out to check out the issue. Their price ended up being more affordable than what I was quoted via phone from other companies! Elifonso was great and very nice even when my puppy kept bothering him lol.
