Great facility excellent work knowledgeable and great service. Straight up top notch work.
I worked for Wilson for 3 years. Recruited from the top, Todd himself. I dealt with abusive management, nepotism, incompetent management and zero positive leadership traits. After giving one months notice I was forced to resign early and given no answer to their company complaint policy which I waited MONTHS for. Not to mention nepotism is illegal in many states. I was told to train the superintendents son on a $15K RTS Robot after multiple formal complaints of nepotism to my Forman. The superintendent said to my face “You’ve been labeled as a backstabber by 3 people in this company” (all upper management in our division). No investigation was completed, and no answer was given but a forced resignation. One hell of a way to treat a 3 year employee owner. Not to mention I still haven’t gotten my final paycheck.
Have under a year now working for Wilson and my whole life has changed for the better.
