Have under a year now working for Wilson and my whole life has changed for the better.

Do not work here They treat you like a warehouse employee They degrade you even when you out perform they have a whip your back mentality, basically mentally abusive YOU WILL HAVE NO TIME OFF NO BENEFITS FOR A WHOLE YEAR IF YOU GET SICK OR HURT THEY WILL GET RID OF YOU AND TAKE YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE AWAY THE ESOP program is a scam, you won’t see that money. WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR.

I worked for Wilson over 2 years. Their foremen are the most lazy, incompetent, unsafe workers in the trade. They sit and talk amongst theirselves if not on the phone all day. When you bring up the fact they are lazy, unprofessional and unsafe they use leads you never worked with to say they refuse to work with you and conspire to get you fired. Your project will go months behind schedule because the foremen are either gone, sitting in their chair or on their phone doing nothing. Evidence provided. They constantly use safety rules as rules of compliance instead of overall safety and if you bring up the fact they don’t follow their own rules you will be fired. Luckily for me I didn’t miss a day of work and revived a $3 dollar raise from the short changed pay Wilson will give you. They pigeon hole you into one position like trim and you’ll never see the inside of an electrical room unless you are a brown nosing suck up to the never seen foremen. Forget about proper assessments for raises
