I have used Shamrock to replace the roof on my main home and to repair some leaks on a second property. In both cases, Shamrock did an outstanding job and very competitively priced! The Estimator was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done. Office staff was very informative and answered all my questions. Roofers were on time and gave an overview of what they would be doing. Potentially bad weather was moving in late that afternoon so they worked until the roof was totally waterproof before leaving and returned the next day to finish the job.

I had them come to the house due to a leak on a warranty call. Was told the leaks were due to debris on my awnings from a tree and that they would send me a quote on how much for them to come clean it up. This was over a week ago. I still have not heard from them on the quote to clean the awning, nor have they responded as to if it is work they would do, thus leaving me in the dark.
