Elite Rooter was excellent. They responded very quickly, and when they arrived they were patient and answered all of my questions. They were professional. A problem that we thought was small and easily fixable turned into a much bigger issue. They had to run a camera under the house and provided photo evidence to me and my landlord to show us exactly what was happening. Despite the issue being bigger than expected, they were able to fix the issue in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with how they run the business.

*BEWARE* do not use Elite Rooter if you have a job connected to an insurance claim. I called them to unclog a drain and it turned into a nightmare. They said they needed access to the piping below my kitchen, and it would be a huge job. The tech who was on site spoke to my insurance adjuster, privately, and afterwards told me the job would be covered because it was “mostly access and your insurance covers access.” I trusted him and signed the agreement for an $18,000+ job! My insurance only covered $1,000 of access, and I was left with the rest of this monster bill. I never would have blindly agreed to this without getting a second opinion and comparing other quotes if I wasn’t told it was covered! Since then, I have been involved in a very orchestrated lie with several departments in the company. I have also heard this company has “perfected” insurance fraud by knowing how to inflate Access fees and lower equipment costs. This is the most greedy and flat out lying/deceitful company I
