Elite Rooter just finished installing brand new plumbing in our entire house. For such a horrible situation to be in, I’m really glad we went with them. Manuel did it all from start to finish and he was professional, kind and thorough. Thank you Manuel!!! You deserve a raise!

*BEWARE* do not use Elite Rooter if you have a job connected to an insurance claim. I called them to unclog a drain and it turned into a nightmare. They said they needed access to the piping below my kitchen, and it would be a huge job. The tech who was on site spoke to my insurance adjuster, privately, and afterwards told me the job would be covered because it was “mostly access and your insurance covers access.” I trusted him and signed the agreement for an $18,000+ job! My insurance only covered $1,000 of access, and I was left with the rest of this monster bill. I never would have blindly agreed to this without getting a second opinion and comparing other quotes if I wasn’t told it was covered! Since then, I have been involved in a very orchestrated lie with several departments in the company. I have also heard this company has “perfected” insurance fraud by knowing how to inflate Access fees and lower equipment costs. This is the most greedy and flat out lying/deceitful company I
