Julio, our plumber was so pleasant, skilled, and patient and really took the time to get us back to normal as possible. He listened to our concerns and requests and was able to accommodate us beautifully. But the best help Keith extended to us was to stick with us through a very difficult and trying time with our insurance company. He provided repeated reports and scope-of-work outlines, phone calls, and emails until finally they had what they needed to settle the claim. Elite Rooter was excellent. They responded very quickly, and when they arrived they were patient and answered all of my questions. They were professional. A problem that we thought was small and easily fixable turned into a much bigger issue. They had to run a camera under the house and provided photo evidence to me and my landlord to show us exactly what was happening. Despite the issue being bigger than expected, they were able to fix the issue in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with how they run the business.
