Elite Rooter solved the biggest plumbing issue of our lives. Keith, our project manager, explained the issues and outlined the steps to get us flowing again. Julio, our plumber was so pleasant, skilled, and patient and really took the time to get us back to normal as possible. He listened to our concerns and requests and was able to accommodate us beautifully. But the best help Keith extended to us was to stick with us through a very difficult and trying time with our insurance company. He provided repeated reports and scope-of-work outlines, phone calls, and emails until finally they had what they needed to settle the claim. We will be forever grateful for Elite’s willingness to continue to support us all the way through till the end. They charged much more than what they posted online for a drain cleaning. They left my clean outs open in my back yard. Recently had a separate plumbing service completed by a different company, and the tech from Elite Rooter seemed to be hyper fixated on the fact his company could have completed it cheaper… which doesn’t do me any good since it was already completed by the other company and paid for?? If you make the call for a $44 drain cleaning that they have listed online, verify that you get that price. Service: Drain cleaning
