I had Hector service my issue. The service was excellent and the knowledge was helpful for the on-site call. I just wish pricing was discussed or disclosed before hand. It’s $120 for them to just come look at the problem. If I had known this before I would have used my home warranty instead of paying $150 for everything. After a difficult time with a different technician, Hector Torres was professional and very competent in fixing the fan and light to correct the previous technician’s mistakes. Hector had superior social skills, punctual and completed multiple errors in 1 hour. While the previous technician took about 7 hours and didn’t complete the task.
