I usually get the general run around with all companies. THIS WAS NOT THAT. I would personally recommend Hackney Heating and Cooling to everyone! Drew is outstanding! In 2018, 2 weeks after purchasing our home, in June, our AC went out. The inspection failed us. Drew went above and beyond and quickly brought in 2 mobile window units to keep my babies cool until we could figure out a solution. Fast forward to 2023, that unit finally failed, and again Drew had a new one installed in a few short days for our renters. He treats everyone as FAMILY in these emergency situations.
