We just had AA Brite 24/7 seal our Arizona condo flat roof a week before one of the worst, that we’ve seen, hailstorms hit. After the storm, we got on the roof to look for damage like several of our neighbors were doing. The roof on the condo two doors down from us was in very good shape - we knew theirs was an AA Brite sealed roof like ours. Our roof was also in exceptional shape – no standing water on either roof. Unfortunately, our neighbor between the two AA Brite sealed roofs had FOUR inches of water still on the roof. We will definitely tell this neighbor about AA Brite!
