Roc was absolutely amazing. Came out day after the call to diagnose the issue. Super informative on all the options, was able to get new u it pretty quickly and installed. I've dealt with them in the past as well, always very professional and explained everything in detail in super understandable way.

I called ASAP based on a friend's positive experience with the company. I was having AC issues, but was due to leave town the same evening. ASAP couldn't make it until the next day, but when I explained the problem, I was given a possible easy fix. That did the trick, my AC came on. I'll have them check the entire system on my return. After returning to Tucson, I contacted ASAP so check the system. They quickly found the problem and worked with me to fix the problem correctly, but at minimum cost to me. It has now been two years since the work was done and everything is working fine. Thank you ASAP for a great service.

I first used AC Comfort Specialists services about 9 years ago and their service was top notch and prices were quite competitive. I remodel homes and have had several HVAC Systems installed, a few repaired, and I they have done about a half dozen installations for family and friends that I have referred - and they were all satisfied with the results. Additionally and quite significantly, after remodeling homes for 20+ years, and having quite extensive knowledge of most aspects to do with this, I have been totally impressed with the honesty and integrity they deliver each and every time.
