I used them to get a new heat pump installed over a year ago. It's still not running correctly. After not being able to fix the problem they just recalibrated the thermostat to read what they wanted it to. I used 2 different humidity sensors to show what it actually is in the house and what they calibrated the thermostat to read. It is around 20% higher than what the thermostat reads. Go with a company that will have after sales support this one clearly doesn't. Services: Heating system installation, Install AC, Thermostat installation
We just had our HVAC maintenance done by ACS for the first time. Dave, our technician, was great and very thorough. He explained all the aspects of our system and answered any questions we had. Service: HVAC system maintenance
