Posting the following on behalf of my husband, Will, who recently wrote a 1-star review and was met with an abhorrent response. As a co-owner of this property I feel obliged to further warn potential customers of the danger of using One Hour AC. When we first called this company, we inquired to see if they had the capability to fix air-conditioning units and told them we were only interested in repairs, not replacements. This company assured us that they could repair any AC unit unless it was a swamp cooler, which we don’t have. They told us it would be a $99 service charge to go out and assess the unit, which sounded high as most companies don’t charge that, but we accepted it because they assured me they would do repairs after showing up and conducting the assessment. After visiting, they sent us a quote for $15,000 to do a replacement and then collected $99, of course this $15,000 price was outrageous so we did not choose to go forward with their service. Of course nobody wants to pay the cost of quality repairs, but when something needs done (and done quickly) I recommend One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. They were super fast to respond, we’re able to come out and do the work on the same day and communication was great! Roman arrived on time, did a thorough job explaining the work and showing me pictures so I understood what was going on and completed the work quickly and professionally. They broken and damaged my treadmill. company is not taking responsibility I would be careful about letting them in your house. Dispute it for 8 months and got nothing in return besides a headache. I later found out that a technician examined the damage to be more than we thought. I sent emails and showed evidence needed, and I was met with the typical reach around. This post will remain as long as they do not resolve the issue. Stay away people.
