We have dealt with Frank and Air Maintenance for years. They've kept our unit going. Unfortunately, on Friday, our AC stopped late afternoon. My husband is on home hospice so we were so worried. Frank had someone (Derek) here Sat at 6:30 AM. In the meantime the AC started working again, limping along. We needed a new unit, and since we've dealt with them for so many years I believed them. Over the weekend the unit limped along. Yesterday Tommy came by, sent by Frank, to check some measurements. Today they were ontime at 6 AM. They brought portable units for my husband's hospice room and my family room hideaway. Derek and Tommy are extremely efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Frank is an excellent owner and communicator. The installation was more difficult than they thought, they were here almost 10 hours. Ductwork needing to be installed, water leaks....but they managed.
