I hired Family Air three years ago for a furnace replacement. This company did and amazing job - we were 100% satisfied with Family Air's products and service. I recently decided to upgrade from swamp cooling to air conditioning and returned to Family Air based off my previous positive experience. I'm pleased to say my current experience was every bit as great if not better than 3 years ago. From the first meeting with the estimator the process was smooth and this team was fantastic to work with. Ordered a routine service, they forgot to come do it. We also forgot 6 months later my husband called and reminded them. They did the service pretty quickly. Found we needed a hard start and some duct work done. Came out to do the hard start. Came back a few more times for the duct work as it seemed to be a more difficult task they finished all the work.
