I'm an RE Agent who hires HVAC companies for inspections all the time. Air Quest was highly recommended to us from another agent in our office. They give a 4 hour window 9am - 1pm to arrive but of course the tech was stuck on another job and couldn't make it on time. That happens and is fine from time to time. The issue I had was with their poor communication and professionalism. Close to 1:00pm I called to check on the status and was told they'd see what's happening and call me back. So I sit and wait in the 110 degree weather at a property with no A/C. an hour goes by and no word at all from the tech or the front office, so I call again. I was told" Oh yeah, I talked to him and said it would be about 30 mins and he will be on his way, that was about 30 mins ago, he should be on his way soon".
