Air Quest Heating & Cooling

We needed to replace three 20-year old HVAC split systems and two 20-year old water heaters, all of which were crammed into tight utility closets in an older home. We asked for bids from three reputable contractors, and not only was Aaron from Air Quest by far the most knowledgeable, his bid was the most reasonable of the three. All three systems were installed on schedule and have been working fine ever since. Their employees were friendly, caring, and meticulous. We are very satisfied customers.

In my experience, a lot of HVAC companies try to sell you things you don't need. 20 years ago, another company (don't remember their name) tried to sell me a new unit. Because I am Scottish and also naturally skeptical, I cross-examined the poor technician until he admitted he was actually expected to sell new units to poor, unsuspecting customers like myself. I've never forgotten that. On the other hand, Air Quest, who we have been using for several years now, has been servicing that SAME UNIT, which by the grace of God still works, and they have done a great job! No high-pressure sales tactics, just good, trustworthy help. I am so pleased with them I decided to come on here and tell the world! Great company! Try them!

I'm an RE Agent who hires HVAC companies for inspections all the time. Air Quest was highly recommended to us from another agent in our office. They give a 4 hour window 9am - 1pm to arrive but of course the tech was stuck on another job and couldn't make it on time. That happens and is fine from time to time. The issue I had was with their poor communication and professionalism. Close to 1:00pm I called to check on the status and was told they'd see what's happening and call me back. So I sit and wait in the 110 degree weather at a property with no A/C. an hour goes by and no word at all from the tech or the front office, so I call again. I was told" Oh yeah, I talked to him and said it would be about 30 mins and he will be on his way, that was about 30 mins ago, he should be on his way soon". Kind of frustrating seeing how no one decided to let me know so I didn't have to sit around to wait. ANOTHER HOUR GOES BY VERY FRUSTRATED AT THIS POINT and at 3:00pm I'm still there wa
