To the owner's reply below... Well, Sergio - your name is on my warranty agreement as president/CEO and when the BBB contacted you about my complaint, you didn't say I wasn't a customer. This complaint is what happens when you try to scam a customer by taking the money and not doing the work. Do not use this company to fix your roof! I paid them for for work that was never done (I was scheduling work from out of town) and they wouldn't fix the roof or refund my money! I entered a BBB complaint and they still wouldn't make it right. I also found out from an employee that they have done this to other customers. Also, they charge too much, I got the roof fixed for half the price they charged me. For your own good, please stay away from doing business with this company!

The work they did on our house was excellent, and they are very efficient in their work. The guys started replacing our roof and were finished in 5 days, and cleaned up any mess they made. They take pride in their work. I gave them only 4 stars because their office could use some improvement. I had to call them to get any information. They were scheduled to start on a Monday, but by that Monday afternoon I hadn't heard anything, so I called them. The response was reasonable in regards to the roof, but the the woman on the line said "oh, I was just now going to call you..." This kind of thing happened twice during the week of the roof replacement. I understand a company being busy, but they should be a bit more proactive with current customers, in the communication department. Service: Roof installation
