To the owner's reply below... Well, Sergio - your name is on my warranty agreement as president/CEO and when the BBB contacted you about my complaint, you didn't say I wasn't a customer. This complaint is what happens when you try to scam a customer by taking the money and not doing the work. Do not use this company to fix your roof! I paid them for for work that was never done (I was scheduling work from out of town) and they wouldn't fix the roof or refund my money! I entered a BBB complaint and they still wouldn't make it right. I also found out from an employee that they have done this to other customers. Also, they charge too much, I got the roof fixed for half the price they charged me. For your own good, please stay away from doing business with this company!

After having a couple of local unlicensed roof repair companies patch 3 leaks in my 17-year-old tile roof and still having leaks, I called America’s Best Roofing in Tucson. I did my research and after reading a few reviews and seeing their commercial on TV and talking with the estimator. I also like the fact they were a licensed family business and veteran owned. Being down in Rio Rico a lot of construction companies don’t want to take the time or effort to serve our small community. Jesus arrived for the estimate on time, a good start. He asked a few questions and then spent about an hour up on the roof completely investigating the previous repairs and current leaks. Within a few days, an estimate was sent, and we discussed my options. Being the house was older, the underlayment had cracked under the Arizona weather. Received an estimate for repair on a leak. Went well, they were confident on the cause and how to fix. They weren’t the cheapest but I went with them because of their good reviews here — my mistake. On the day they were originally scheduled to start, I emailed for an update at noon since they hadn’t shown up yet. He said he’d contact the foreman and get back to me. He didn’t, so around five I asked for an update and he apologized, saying they were busy and are scheduled to start Monday. Monday he emailed me and said they will actually probably start Tuesday unless they can make it out today. Luckily they got there in the afternoon, and they performed work but were now unsure of the cause of the leak, but did “repairs”. I asked how can you repair something without knowing the cause, but I received no response. They left without saying it was fixed or anything. They left the side of the house a mess.
