Air Tropics Heating and Cooling

I have been working with Air Tropics for many years and had no problem at all. My AC is 17 yrs old. On 7/18 it was blowing hot air. They came out on the 19th. The first words out of his mouth was you need a new one. He replaced 2 parts for almost 500$ and left. It was still blowing hot air. The next day he came out and replaced another part for 700$ and left. It was still blowing hot air. The unit shut off an hour after he left every time. He came back a third time for 150$ and left. He told me the condenser needed to be replaced for 5,000$ I told him no. As he left with it still blowing hot air the last thing he said is that's all I can do. Richard was very unprofessional and I will never use this company again. All he wanted was to make a sale. I called another company and they replaced the pump and it started working correctly immediately. Richard never checked the pump. I do not recommend them.

I’ve never written a review before but Air Tropics was so amazing I felt like I needed to tell everyone! During a stressful time of multiple home issues, repairs and dealing with various incompetent companies - FINALLY a company that was reliable, knowledgeable, and competent.
