I was referred to them so they told me the charge for the basic service call is, 70 something. I asked if that includes anything and she said yes. The guy came out and fixed my thermostat. No parts were required, there for 50 minutes total. Total charge 196.01. I called the office and they wouldn’t budge on the price.gas prices have gone up she said. So, basically, over 200 an hour for a small job. The worker told me my bill was quite low, that most jobs are over 500 Service: Thermostat repair
My grandma's AC stopped working in July- no bueno. Not only did TRS come out on a Sunday afternoon, but followed up two more times to make sure everything was fixed and we were comfortable. Their techs are knowledgeable and friendly.
