I was referred to them so they told me the charge for the basic service call is, 70 something. I asked if that includes anything and she said yes. The guy came out and fixed my thermostat. No parts were required, there for 50 minutes total. Total charge 196.01. I called the office and they wouldn’t budge on the price.gas prices have gone up she said. We chose TRS of the three contractors referred to us by Amazon. TRS was the last one to assess our AC requirements. We had previously decided to hire Williamson, but when TRS came by, we changed our minds. The technician that provided the estimate of costs was personable and professional. He went into a lot of detail regarding what had to be done and why. Since most of us aren't experts on everything, understanding the what and why is essential to making an informed decision. The tech also provided us information that saved us $700 over the next lower estimate. Information that was not provided by either of the others. The installation went as professionally as we thought would be the case. The TRS employees exhibited professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction that is hardhard to come by these days. Family recommended TRS because of their positive experience. I too had an excellent experience. Fast to make it out to the house, friendly tech that knew what the issue was and a quick resonably priced repair. I will be recommending them to everyone I hear looking for a honest A/C repairman.
