Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating Tucson

My AC went out Sunday night. I was able to go online and schedule service for the next morning. Ziggy, my technician, was professional, knowledgeable and Friendly and had my AC operational with the replacement part that he had in his truck. I can highly recommend this company and Ziggy. Our AC went out Saturday evening. We called the company that installed it brand new just two years ago, they couldn't get to us until the following Thursday. We called around and had similar results from other companies, and some didn't even return our calls- Sunday morning we were desperate. We called Alaskan and they were able to get us the next day. Hector showed up early in the service window they provided and explained everything thoroughly. He found the problem and stayed for a bit afterward to make sure the repair was done right. I was so impressed that I signed up for their service contract as well.

The folks at Alaskan AC & Heating are amazing. Our unit was out service early this morning. By 8 am we had a same day appointment and by 10:30 the unit was repaired and back in service.
