I had a leak where the main line comes into the house shutoff which had been replaced in October and a ball valve was installed. The leak appeared about 3 months after the install. I called Southern Arizona Plumbing and the phone was immediately answered. What a joy. The young lady listened to my description of the problem and brought up my previous plumbing problem. She said I can have Jake come out today. This is great service. Jake called before he arrived and asked me to describe the problem. He arrive shortly after and went right to work. He new exactly what to do and had the leak repaired very quickly. All the time I watched what he was doing and he showed me a few tricks of the trade as I am always wanting to know how to fix things. I recently had a leak from my shower drain onto the ceiling of my downstairs neighbor. It was a complicated situation with a number of potential insurance companies involved.
