Anytime Home Service (Tucson)

Carl came out and said a simple hose from the refrigerator water dispenser that had developed a pin hole leak to the sink needed “modifications” so my American home shield warranty wouldn’t cover it. It needed no modifications. My husband went to Lowe’s and bought the hose, couplers and compression ends and fixed it. No modifications. I think Carl just wanted to show up for the service call fee and not do the work. He wrote up some estimate saying it needed other stuff that it did not need. I will NEVER use this service again. And Carl told my husband it would cost around 350 dollars…it cost under 15 dollars in parts and less than a half hour to fix. Service: Plumbing leak repair

They came out and installed a water heater,but didn't turn it on. When I called, they said it a electrical problem without even looking at it, but that they would send someone out the next day. Both men said it was a electrical problem. It's wasn't a electrical problem, it was just never turned on! Service: Water heater installation

I used them through my AHS home warranty. Matt was super great and professional and patient and always asked if I had any other questions. He installed a garbage disposal under 5 minutes. My second call I got Carl, he had to replace the fridge line valve from the wall as it was broken. Despite it being a slightly challenging repair, he made it work without having to cut through drywall. He also informed me that my home warranty coverage didn’t include drywall repair- that was helpful to know the next time around. I could give them 6 stars if I could.
