My husband and I bought our 1974 home a few years ago and this past year, we started to notice areas where water was coming in from the roof. We called around and most places didn't even call us back. We're so happy to have found BMR. Brandon and crew were extremely helpful and responsive. We ended up needing a new roof membrane. He told us when he could start and explained the process. The work was done timely and professionally. Since the job completion, we've had a lot of rain and it's holding up great! Thanks to BMR roofing. In the past we had used bigger companies, but found them slow to respond to us and we weren't that happy with their work. BMR was quick to respond and in the end they gave us the best quote too. Shemielee and Branden stressed that because they were a small family company that there names were on, they wanted to provide good service. We decided to go with them and are glad we did. They were able to do the project weeks ahead of schedule. They paid attention to detail and were even willing to finish the project over a weekend because rain was headed our way. After the monsoon storms in mid-August we had a few leaks through our flat roof. I contacted BMR Roofing and Brandon was responsive and listened to my story. He came out the same day, offered to patch the roof area that was leaking. I asked him about a whole roof job. His quote was competitive and said he could start within two weeks. We gave him the go ahead to do the whole roof. He came, power washed our roof, came back after a couple of days, used 20gallons of glue and put down a new membrane, then after allowing 48hrs to dry came back and sealed everthing with 20gallons of topcoat. Very impressed with the quality of materials and workmanship. I Like Brandon, very professional and listened to my concerns as a home owner with roof worries. Very happy with the job and a bonus is knowing that we have a guarantee for parts and labor for 3 years making me feel very confident that our home is watertight.
