Please stay away from this company and the owners Shemielee Sinclair and Brandon. They installed a clay tile roof on my home with new underlayment and the roof has developed multiple recurrent leaks within 2 years of installation. Additionally, it is evident they used poor quality (maybe even old!) materials to cut corners during the roof work. Their warranty states 10 years but this duo will NOT honor the warranty or stand behind their work. They know every trick in the book and will go to any unethical extent to not honor their warranty. They will lie over and over when you call them to report problems to deter you as a consumer. They prohibited me from getting another roofing company to fix the leak in my roof due to their "warranty" and allegedly repaired the leak around the skylight in Sept 2022 only for the leaks to comeback Jan 2023 with the rains. Above and Beyond!! BMR Roofing is an outstanding company with a customer first attitude. Brandon and his team took care of our flat roof inspection and re-coat with outstanding service and professional work. They showed up when they said they would, had great quality work and cleaned up all around the house when they were done. When he noticed other things that needed attention, even though that is not what he was there for, he brought it to our attention so we could take action on it. Brandon came out and replaced a half shingle half rubberized roof. He did the full tear down and replacement with excellent quality and speed. His price was incredibly reasonable and I feel like I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about getting their roof repaired or replaced. -George V
