My last house was certainly a challenge, Josh changed out a furnace and AC unit for a heat pump that worked way more efficiently and also took the time to do follow ups with me. My air went out in the middle of this triple digit heat wave. My home warranty set me up with Josh at best choice. He was great at communicating his arrival and ensuring my unit was fixed properly. He took the time to go back and forth with the warranty advocating for us. He came back later in the day once warranty was figured out and left us with a cool house and a good feeling.
