My air conditioner was down for two weeks. The first contractor assigned through my home warranty was not able to fix the air conditioner. My home warranty company re-assigned my work order to Brenovations. Angel was wonderful to talk with about scheduling an appointment. She immediately dispatched Nathan since we have had an extended heat warning and my house had been hot for two weeks. Nathan arrived 30 minutes after I talked to Angel. He fixed my air conditioner! He checked everything outside and inside. He was kind, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the priority and kindness Brenovations gave me. I appreciate Nathan was able to fix my air conditioner.

When our old HVAC system kept giving us problems. Our home warranty company would dispatch this company and I have not had any bad issues out of the four people I’ve met. They were honest, straightforward and very agreeable to deal with us. They recommended that we replace our old unit inside and out, and we went with a recommendation, and they spent one whole entire day installing our new system, which we love and are very happy with. They were very nice gentleman to talk to cleaned up well behind themselves, presented themselves very professionally and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.
