I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at Nu-Flow to have all of the pipes in my house relined. Alex initially came to our house to provide an assessment, and he was not pushy at all, but instead took the time to walk through videos of all the pipes in our house and explain what we were looking at before explaining the company’s solution and product. Once we decided to move forward the process was smooth- from Maria who helped schedule to Carlos the foreman who was a great communicator as well, we were pleasantly surprised by how seamless the process was. The team at Nu-Flow were professional, courteous, and always willing to answer any questions I had. They were careful and thorough in their work, and they made sure to keep the job site clean and organized at all times. Due to deterioration of cast iron pipes we hired Nu Flow to reline the pipe under the house and then under the driveway out to the street in 2 stages. From start to finish the project took 7 weeks. November 25 Green Valley Plumbing recommended that we call Scott from NuFlow to come do an inspection of the pipe and the project was completed on January 13 with the cement work around the new dual clean out. The best part was the prompt completion as the work was scheduled for mid February and mid March! We worked with Scott, 2 crews and 2 office workers.
