I love this company. Their employee arrived on time was honest with what I needed done with my clogged shower.I was most impressed when the employee went above and beyond fixing the water flow of my shower. I had not requested that. I used this company twice over 2 year period and was extremely satisfied both times. The work was done in a timely manner and the cost very reasonable. I liked the quick response and professional manner as well as the respectful way they dealt with me. I can tell Code Blue takes great pride in providing fantastic customer service. Manny did an excellent job scoping our sewer line, determining the location of the problem, then digging and installing a backwash valve and clean-out for us to more easily flush our sewer in the future. It was Manny's communication style, customer focus and problem solving self-management that determined our using Code Blue for this sewer project and any future issues.
